In this painting I wanted to capture the way a whale shark can gracefully navigate through a chaotic, swirling ball of sardines. The shark and the tiny fish move in sync, almost like a dance. The juxtaposition of the largest fish in the world surrounded by some of the smallest delights me. This watercolor print is perfect for those fascinated by marine life, enjoy ocean-inspired decor, or have that connection with the sea that so many of us feel.
